Settlement of Wagers

Statistics supplied by the main score(s) service provider or the main website of the appropriate competitors or occasion will be utilized to settle wagers. Where data from a main score(s) supplier or official site are not readily available or there is substantial evidence that the main rating(s) service provider or official site is inaccurate, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.

In the absence of consistent, independent proof or in the existence of substantial conflicting proof, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

Betting Information

General

Race Surface

If on the day of a race the surface area is altered (e.g., Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa), then bets will stand.

Win/Place Betting

Bets are settled to win unless Win/Place is chosen. An Win/Place bet is a bet of twice the picked unit wager. It includes one bet of unit wager on the choice to Win and one bet of system wager on the selection to be Placed according to the terms advertised for the event. In general, the Place part of Win/Place bets will be settled as per the following Place terms:

- Handicaps of 16 or more beginners, one quarter the odds, initially four places.

- Handicaps of 12 to 15 beginners, one quarter the chances, first three locations.

Position Payout

Position Payout is a set chances market, which provides you the alternative to place a bet on your horse to end up within a variety of ending up positions. The payment of your bet is identified by the set multiplier assigned to the finishing position of your horse.

Bets on scratches will be considered no action.

If a horse(s) is withdrawn from a specific race with chances of greater than +475, your selection will stand at the present costs. If the withdrawn horse(s) has chances of +450 or less, then your selection will be recalculated at the existing prices. In case of the number of runners in the race amounting to or less than the number of ending up positions used sometimes of bet positioning, then bets will be considered no action.

Runners Under Starting Orders

In all races the variety of beginners will be the number of starters coming under beginners orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place wager exceeds the Win wager. Win/Place 2 Leg Parlays, 3 Leg Parlays, and Multi Leg Parlays will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in accordance with the above.

Each Way Extra

Each Way Extra bets are considered a balanced out to basic Win/Place terms. In the occasion of scratches, if the standard Win/Place terms change, then the Each Way Extra terms will also alter accordingly (consisting of modifications to the number of places readily available and/or the marketplace place portion).

Cash Back (Win Insurance) 4 Places

As above but cash back for ending up second, third, or fourth.

Cash Back (Win Insurance) 5 Places

As above but cash back for ending up second, third, 4th, or 5th.

Cash Back (Win Insurance) 6 Places

As above however refund for completing 2nd, third, 4th, 5th, or 6th.

Refund (Win Insurance) 7 Places

As above however refund for finishing 2nd, third, fourth, fifth, 6th, or seventh.

Refund (Win Insurance) 8 Places

As above but refund for finishing 2nd, third, fourth, 5th, sixth, seventh, or eighth.

Cash Back (Win Insurance) 9 Places

As above however refund for finishing second, 3rd, 4th, fifth, sixth, seventh, 8th, or ninth.

Refund (Win Insurance) 10 locations

As above however refund for ending up second, third, 4th, 5th, 6th, seventh, eighth, ninth, or tenth.

Place Betting

To Place 2-10/1 -2/ 1-2-3 Betting

These markets are settled according to the terms promoted for the event. Bets on scratches will be considered no action, and when applicable, a deduction will apply to all staying runners based upon the pertinent Place Only/1 -2/ 1-2-3 odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal, using the table below. In case of scratches, we schedule the right to alter the location terms used for subsequent bets put. In the occasion of the number of runners in the race amounting to or less than the variety of places used at time of bet positioning, then bets will be deemed no action. Normal dead-heat rules use. Our Double Result offer will use to this market. However, our Lucky 15/31/63 rewards do not apply to Place Only bets.

In the event of two or more horses being scratched before coming under Starter's Orders, then the overall reductions will not exceed $0.90 in $.

Betting Without

Dead-heat guidelines apply. Where we use odds on an event without a nominated selection(s), for settlement purposes the finishing position of the "without" choice(s) will be neglected.

In case of a scratch or of scratches a Guideline 4 reduction will be applied based on the price (in the specified "without" market) of the non-runner at the time of withdrawal. In the case of a scratch or of scratches leaving just one priced quote runner in a "without" market, then our Walkover guidelines will use and bets will be deemed no action.

Where there are no finishers in a race omitting the "without" choices, then all bets will be deemed no action.

Any Win/Place terms promoted are chosen the real variety of runners who take part in the race, omitting the "without" choice(s).

Fixed Odds Exactas and Fixed Odds Trifectas

Fixed Odds Exacta

When Fixed Odds Betting is offered with 3 or more starters, bet365 may provide Fixed Odds Exacta Wagers. Exacta wagering involves forecasting first and second locations in a race.

In the event of a scratching which is 10.00 or less in the bet365 Fixed Odds Win Market, Fixed Odds Exactas positioned prior to the scratching will be paid at the bet365 closing fixed odds exacta rate. For scratchings over 10.00 the estimated odds will stand.

In the occasion of only 2 runners beginning a race, all Fixed Odds Exacta wagers will be deemed no action.

Fixed Odds Trifecta

When Fixed Odds Betting is readily available with 3 or more starters, bet365 might provide Fixed Odds Trifecta Wagers. Trifecta betting involves forecasting 1st, second, and 3rd places in a race.

In the event of a scratching which is 10.00 or less in the bet365 Fixed Odds Win Market, Fixed Odds Trifectas placed prior to the scratching will be paid at the bet365 closing fixed odds trifecta cost. For scratchings over 10.00 the priced estimate chances will stand.

In the occasion of only 2 starters starting a race, all Fixed Odds Trifecta bets will be deemed no action.

Scratches Besides Futures

Where a horse is scratched before coming under starter's orders, or is formally considered by the runner to have taken no part in the race, then wagers will be returned on the scratched horse and winning bets will go through reductions in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). The rate of reduction will be based on the price of the scratched horse at the time of its scratching on the following scale:

Winning Distance Over/Under Live In Game

Where there is a dead-heat, winning bets will be settled under the quote to the complete wager. Where a horse finishes alone, bets will be settled over the quote. Where a horse ends up precisely on the quote, then all bets will be settled as no action.

Match Bet, Including Live In Game

All selections need to be considered a main runner or bets are considered no action.

The selection that obtains the greatest finishing position is the winner. Bets will be settled on the Correct Weight or the All Clear result provided by the official governing body.

Dead-heat rules apply.

If both or all choices fail to complete, all bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned.

Our Protest Promise promotion does not use.

Winning Distances

Where suitable, the called horse must win. All bets will be settled according to the official distance as mentioned at the weigh-in. Any scratches, then Rule 4 (Deductions) will use to Horse Winning Distances (not relevant to Race Winning Distances). Where the named horse is a dead-heat winner, then bets will be settled as under to the complete wager. Where a horse finishes alone, then bets settled as over.

Either To Win

For a specified race chances are used for either of the named horses to win.

If either horse is declared a scratch, the entire bet will be deemed no action.

Standard Rule 4 deductions use. Bets settled on the main outcome. Dead-heat rules apply.
